Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RETICL. (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You sign in using your Steam account via Steam OpenID; you are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your Steam credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and comply with the terms of any third-party accounts you connect (such as Steam or FACEIT).

2. The Service

RETICL. provides competitive analytics for Counter-Strike 2, including demo analysis, performance tracking, a grenade-lineup library, recruitment, and team tools. Analytics and coaching outputs are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or to produce any particular result.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload demos or content you do not have the right to use, or that infringe others’ rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to post unlawful, hateful, or misleading content.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Circumvent usage limits, entitlements, or security measures.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the demos, strategies, and other content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant RETICL. a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your team. Aggregated, de-identified data derived from gameplay (for example, community grenade-lineup frequencies) may be used to improve and provide the Service.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by RETICL. and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Counter-Strike and related marks are the property of Valve Corporation; RETICL. is not affiliated with Valve or FACEIT.

6. Subscriptions & billing

• The Service offers a free tier and paid subscriptions (Pro and Team), billed monthly or yearly.
• RETICL. is the seller of your subscription. Card payments are processed on our behalf by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Prices are shown in EUR; any VAT due is calculated and shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes. We may change prices with notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
• Refunds and cancellation are covered in section 7 below.

7. Refunds & cancellation

We want you to be satisfied with the Service. This section is our refund policy and forms part of these Terms.

• 14-day money-back guarantee. Consumers in the EU/UK have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. We extend a similar 14-day money-back guarantee to all customers: request a full refund of your most recent payment within 14 days of that charge and we will approve it.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current period.
• Renewals. For automatic renewal charges, refunds are generally available within 14 days of the renewal date, provided the subscription has not been used substantially in the new period.
• Partial periods. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods after the 14-day window, except where required by law.
• Annual plans. May be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase or renewal. After that period the plan remains active until the end of the paid year and does not automatically renew if cancelled.
• Exceptions. We may decline refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of these Terms. Free-tier usage involves no payment and therefore no refund.

How to request a refund. Email support@reticl.ggfrom the address associated with your account, or reply to your payment receipt. Include the email used at checkout and the approximate purchase date. We aim to respond within 3 business days; approved refunds are issued through Stripe back to your original payment method and are typically returned within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

This section is in addition to, and does not limit, any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Steam, Valve, FACEIT, and Stripe. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analytics will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RETICL. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; some provisions survive by their nature.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at RETICL.’s place of establishment, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@reticl.gg.
